SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR 1ST TERM OF 2008/2009 ACADEMIC SESSION
Please note that fees must be paid before resumption date i.e. 6th October, 2008. The schedule of fees does not include the cost of books. Each student may spend about N10,000 on books and other study materials. The School sells recommended books at publishers’ prices. The cost of books to be purchased by each student should be be paid into IQRA College Account No: 120430465701 at First Inland Bank, Baboko Branch, Ilorin.

- A day student wishing to ride in school bus will purchase ticket from the College Bursar at the rate of N5000 per term to be paid into IQRA College Account No: 120430465701 at First Inland Bank, Baboko Branch, Ilorin. No student will ride in the school bus without showing their ticket.
- SS III students will pay additional N20,000 each for WAEC and NECO exams
- JS III students will pay additional N8,000 each for JSC exams
- Boarding house students are not allowed to bring provisions into the hostel. They will be served snacks twice a day in addition to their three regular meals. Any student found in possession of provisions will have them seized and will be made to serve appropriate punishment. Muftis or home dresses are not allowed as well.
- Please, note that all fees should be paid into the College's current account (Number 1471083895515) at AFRIBANK, Taiwo Road Branch, Ilorin. The name of the student and his/her class should be written in the space provided in the slip for the person paying. Fees can be paid at any branch AFRIBANK but attention of cashier or manager must be called to the fact that the account you are paying into is at Ilorin Ibrahim Taiwo Road Branch.
- Any boarding house student will not be checked into the hostel unless a certified bank teller showing that all fees have been paid is presented to the Housemaster.

JOINING INSTRUCTION
Congratulations on the provisional offer of admission made to your child/ward by our College. Please follow the following steps to facilitate the enrolment of your child/ward:
- Confirm the acceptance of the admission offered to your child/ward by paying an Acceptance Fee of N5000.00 (five thousand naira) not later than Friday 12 September, 2008. Otherwise the admission offer will lapse and made available to candidates on the waiting list. The Acceptance fee should be paid into IQRA College Account No.: 1471083895515 at AFRIBANK, Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Ilorin. Write the name of your child/ward in the space provided on the pay-in slip for the person paying in. You can pay at any other branch of AFRIBANK if you are resident outside Ilorin.
- Bring your child/ward to the College premises by 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday 16 September, 2008 to have their measurement taken for school uniform and house wear if they will live in the hostel. Parents/Guardians whose children/wards are not in Ilorin on that day can discuss alternative arrangements for taking the measurement with the Principal. Those outside Ilorin can take the measurement and record on the attached form. The completed measurement form with photocopy of the teller for the payment of Acceptance fee should be sent to the Principal by post before 12 September. However, such parents/guardians will accept responsibility if the measurement turns out to be wrong.
- Collect school uniform/house wear on Thursday 2 October, 2008 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. Those residing outside Ilorin can collect on resumption date.
- Parents/guardians wishing to buy books from the College at Publishers’ prices should deposit N10,000.00 (ten thousand naira) in IQRA College Account No.: 120430465701 at First Inland Bank, Baboko Branch, Ilorin or at any other branch. Books can be collected from 2 October, 2008 or on resumption.
Personal items allowed in the hostel (2008/2009 Session)
Boarders are allowed to bring only the following items into the hostel.
- 2 white bed sheets/2 white pillow cases with owner’s name inscribed.
- 1 prayer mat.
- 1 copy of The Holy Qur'an (Arabic text only).
- 1 copy of The Holy Qur'an (text and English translation).
- Table lamp and torch light/rechargeable lamp (without radio/cassette player).
- N1500 cash/term to be deposited with house master/mistress on arrival.
- Treated mosquito net.
- Cups/cutlery for use in room.
- 1 Cutlass.
- 1 Hoe.
- 6 clothe hangers with identification marks.
- 2 medium-size cans of Mobil insecticide.
- A pair of bathroom slippers.
- A pair of leather sandals.
- A pair of white canvas.
These items will be inspected before a student is admitted into the hostel. Each of them must bear the student’s indelible personal identification mark.
Any item not listed above will be confiscated if found in the possession of a student.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Students registered into the College are required to obey all the following rules and regulations (and as may be amended) at all times.
- Appearing in school only in approved uniforms such as dresses, footwear (black leather/rubber sandals with low heel) and head covers (cap or hijab) as may be applicable.
- Reporting punctually in school before 7.30 a.m. daily, on school days.
- Appearing neat and well dressed at all times.
- Full participation and punctuality in all College's curricula and co-curricula activities.
- Demonstrate disciplined comportment and sense of responsibility at all times.
- Strict adherence to all 'Dos and Don'ts' of IQRA COLLEGE, Ilorin.
- Full cooperation with the School Authorities towards the smooth running of the College.
- Students in the hostel will not be released to attend family/social ceremonies when the College is in session.
STUDENTS' REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
All students are expected to provide the following on the date of registration.
- Duly completed acceptance of offer of admission form.
- All payments should be made into the College's current account (Number 1471083895515) at AFRIBANK, Ibrahim Taiwo Road Branch, Ilorin. The name of the student and his/her class should be written in the space provided in the pay-in slip for the person paying.
- Four recent passport size colour photographs.
- Payment for the purchase of cap/hijab (as may be applicable).
- Payment for the purchase of College's custom-made exercise books.
- Every student should own personal drinking cup and cutlery.
- Every student should bring his/her own farm implements i.e. hoe and cutlass.
